It’s the first of the month. New Month , New Goals. Today is day 1 of the 30 Day Challenge, my trainer Coach Keem has put together for clients and non clients to get right for Summer 17. 30 Day Weight Loss, 30 Day Meal Plan, 30 Day Exercises and 30 Day Fit Cleanse.
The last challenge I shared with you all was the Pescetarian Diet I did for 3 months and while it was rough I lost weight and I felt better mentally and physically. With this challenge this is more of a cleanse and also more focused on abs which are made in the kitchen.
We have a support group ok Facebook and we have to share our before picture and then at the end of the challenge share our after picture. Something like this is fun, Hardwork and mental so a support is needed.
Here is an example of Day 1 Meal Plan:
OPTION 1: 1 CUP OF GREEN TEA, 1 PACKET OF OATMEAL 1 HARD BOILED EGGS, 1 CUP OF SPINACH, YOUR CHOICE OF FRUIT.
OPTION 1: HANDFUL OF ALMONDS OR ANY NUT OF CHOICE
OPTION 1: GRILLED CHICKEN, GREEN BEANS, APPLE SLICES
OPTION 1: FRUIT OF CHOICE W/ HARD BOILED EGG
DINNER: LIQUID MEAL
SPINACH, KALE, 1 SCOOP OF CAESIN PROTEIN, PINAPPLES, MANGOS, CAN ADD YOGURT OR EGGS FOR TEXTURE.
So yes, as you can see Dinner is a liquid meal! That’s where it gets tough! You’re eating the solids earlier in the day and barely any carbs at all-in the evening. For me this is hard because I am a snacker, when I watch television I need snacks. So I went to Walmart and I purchased a new blender and I went food shopping.
I have been working out with my trainer for a year now and I can say this is a continuous journey. You always want to try new exercises, try new meals, make it exciting because it isn’t easy at all. Don’t get comfortable with the workouts, challenge yourself.
