Graduation May 2018 it’s now July and what am I up to? Have I done what I set out to do? It’s time to take the state boards and I’m super nervous. With anything, nothing is guaranteed. You get what you put in.
June 1st I informed my manager I would be resigning from my corporate position in a week. He was happy for me more than I was happy for myself because I was scared anxious nervous. He was one of the best managers I’ve ever had while working for the company. Today is my last day in corporate America and the beginning of my dreams.
Seems like we skipped Spring and went straight to Summer with the 90 degree weather! Summer time means Summer Fling which means someone to enjoy Summer nights with. Nobody ever has a Winter Fling that’s just called Cuffing Season. Now there are levels to having a Fling let’s set some rules.
Now that the dust has settled and Aries Season is now over, it’s time to reflect and share why I did not want to celebrate my birthday. See we have this perception, this vision for ourselves that at a certain age we should be should be at a certain space in our lives. Then reality sets in.
April is Stress Awareness Month. Being someone who stresses on a daily basis, I have come up with 5 ways to relieve stress. Stress can come from many different changes you may go through during your life, from starting a new job, quitting your job, starting school, having a baby, or even a bad relationship. We all have to find ways to relieve stress and take care of our selves. Stress can cause health issues that you may not have known about like strokes, heart attacks, headaches, high blood pressure, just to name a few.
