Friday morning I went to take my state boards exam for the Esthetician licensing. I graduated Beauty School at the end of May. I didn’t want to tell anyone when I was taking the exam because I wanted to focus and study and not jinx myself. Weird to some, I know.
In October I decided I wanted to take my passion seriously. I acted on impulse and scheduled an appointment to enroll in beauty school, I didn’t tell anyone and I didn’t know how I was going to pay for it all. Fast forward to Thursday May 24th, Graduation.
Clear skin has always been one of my top priorities. Before I even got into wearing makeup I always made sure I took care of my skin. It’s always important to have a skin care regimen that includes a morning and night-time routine. Today I am sharing what products I use before bed that keeps my skin glowing.
Makeup Monday, I am sharing what’s in my makeup kit that I obtained from beauty school. In order to be able to do makeup on clients while in beauty school we have been provided with the adequate tools to perform makeup application which of course was included in the tuition. I didn’t know what to expect in these kits but I was impressed.
New Year, New Beginnings, don’t just say it because it sounds good. You have 365 days to invest in yourself, make your dreams a reality. The third day of the new year was my first step into achieving one of my many goals. 2018 is the year to invest in yourself 100%.
