With just 9 days remaining in the month of May, the Fit for 30 is coming to an end. With this being the end of week 3 I’m preparing myself for this week’s liquid only meals, this will be a challenge considering I’m working in the office all of this week.
I’ve been natural since 2012 and I have not known about the “pre-poo method”. I research natural hair techniques on YouTube daily and I’ve come across a few vloggers lately that use this method to revive their curls after a blow out.
Working out requires dedication and commitment. It will always be a work in progress and you will have days where you slip up and have a cheat day.
I love eating food. I’m always hungry. When I’m working out I’m thinking about wings and donuts and we all know that’s not good when you’re on a fitness journey. I have come up with some healthy snacks that you can indulge while on the go, in between meals.
