WI was dreading meeting my trainer for our first session after 28 days of no weight training. I knew it would be rough. If you workout consistently , if it’s not an emergency that you take time off, I don’t recommend stopping.
Working out requires dedication and commitment. It will always be a work in progress and you will have days where you slip up and have a cheat day.
