April is Stress Awareness Month. Being someone who stresses on a daily basis, I have come up with 5 ways to relieve stress. Stress can come from many different changes you may go through during your life, from starting a new job, quitting your job, starting school, having a baby, or even a bad relationship. We all have to find ways to relieve stress and take care of our selves. Stress can cause health issues that you may not have known about like strokes, heart attacks, headaches, high blood pressure, just to name a few.

Always remember a new day gives you a fresh start to achieve your goals and to have a better out look on life. Often times we look to social media and begin to compare our journey’s to the next person and that can cause you to lose focus.
